I am Kateryna, Founder of KATAKEY Consulting and a recruiter with over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, and recruitment consulting. I work with professionals and employers across Ireland, Ukraine, and Central & Eastern Europe, helping organisations hire the right talent while supporting individuals in building successful careers.

Before founding KATAKEY, I worked in both international recruitment and an Irish recruitment agency — giving me first-hand insight into local hiring practices, employer expectations, and today's job market.
