Kateryna Poberezhets has been recruiting in the Life Sciences sector for over ten years. She is the Founder of KATAKEY Consulting, a Dublin-based recruitment and career consulting practice specialising in permanent hiring for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies across Ireland and Europe.
Her core focus lies within Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Brand, and General Management functions, connecting companies with talented professionals from Ireland, Ukraine, and Central & Eastern Europe.
Kateryna’s sector expertise covers pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and pharmacy industries, supporting small and medium-sized businesses that value partnership, quality, and a personalised approach.
Originally from Ukraine, she combines a strong understanding of Central and Eastern European markets with hands-on experience collaborating with global pharmaceutical companies operating in the region.
